In de Dharmatoevlucht wordt geoefend in zitmeditatie, vaak afgewisseld met loopmeditatie. Maar meditatie beperkt zich niet tot de tijden die we dagelijks in zitmeditatie doorbrengen. We kunnen de geest van meditatie overbrengen naar alledaagse bezigheden thuis, op het werk, tijdens het winkelen, in de auto of trein, enz., door de beoefening van aandachtstraining. In de Dharmatoevlucht oefenen we deze vorm van van 'alledaagse' meditatie in alles wat we gedurende de dag doen
